Returns
Our freight rates via DHL Express or UPS, as well as our export prices, are very competitively calculated (no additional price increases for non-EU customers).
Therefore, SCARPAROSSA.COM cannot assume the costs of return shipments from outside Germany and Austria. The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. The return parcel should reach us within 4 weeks of delivery.
You may return your goods using a carrier of your choice. Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days using the original payment method.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be new, unworn, and in perfect condition — including all original packaging, accessories, and tags. Custom-made products or items that have been worn, used, or damaged beyond normal inspection cannot be accepted for return.
Return Procedure
1. Pack the items securely, preferably in the original shipping box.
2. Choose a reliable shipping service (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx) and send the parcel to our return address:

Refund
After receiving and inspecting your returned goods, we will issue your refund within 3–7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
